This heat wave has got us thinking it's summer time and you know what summer means? Iced drinks and cool treats! We have four ways to cool off this summer and they all involve my favourite ingredient, coffee. Now you can wow your guests at the next BBQ with these amazing treats!
1. Dublin Iced Coffee
SERVINGS: MAKES 1
2 oz. strong cold-brew coffee
2 oz. stout (such as AleSmith Speedway or Guinness)
1½ oz. Irish whiskey
¾ oz. simple syrup
1/2 ounce heavy cream
Freshly grated cinnamon stick (for serving)
Mix coffee, stout, whiskey, and simple syrup in a highball glass. Add ice to fill. Gently pour in cream so it gradually sinks into coffee; sprinkle with cinnamon.

2. Roasted Marshmallow Shakes
1 package Seattle’s Best Coffee® Creamy Caramel Frozen Coffee Blend
1-1/4 cups milk
3-4 ounces coffee liqueur
14 large Marshmallows
Caramel sauce (optional)
Blend the milk and frozen coffee blend with coffee liqueur (add more or less to taste) until smooth.
Divide shakes into two glasses.
Arrange the marshmallows in a flower pattern on a heat-safe plate, with one marshmallow in the middle and 6 around the outside.
With a heat gun or blow torch, brown or toast marshmallows, keeping them in the flower pattern (they will stick together.)
Repeat steps 3-4 for the second glass.
Gently pick up each marshmallow flower; place and press one on the top of each glass.
Drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired.
